The Anchor Workshop
Walking Through Grief
Loss changes us. It rewrites our story. And in the aftermath, we often find ourselves asking questions we never expected to ask: Where is God in this? When will this hurt less? How do I build a life that holds both the memory of who I loved and the possibility of moving forward?
Walking Through Grief is a four-module pastoral workshop designed for anyone who has lost a loved one—whether the loss is recent or years old, sudden or long-anticipated. Through Scripture, honest reflection, and practical spiritual guidance, you’ll discover that grief is not a spiritual failure, that God meets us in the darkness, and that hope grounded in Christ’s resurrection is not naive—it’s the only hope that holds. This is not therapy. This is truth. This is healing rooted in the Word of God.
